What Really Happened (in chronological order - sort 2): "The Disappearing Trust Trick"

1) 6-7-2004 - Lawyer to CPA - Little old lady's "Annuities worth your time" email

2) Aug-Oct 2004 - Annuities end up missing - lifted/early-released by Danny Davila, CPA letter to Mutual of Omaha. $800,000, entire life savings of little old lady, with nothing more than a letter and an "instantly appearing" unrecorded DPOA, also written by Danny Davila, CPA, with no doctor's certifications needed anymore. Actual Recorded DPOA demands 2 doctor's certifications of incapacity before robbery happens. Years of Estate-Trust Planning defeated in an afternoon. As one APD detective remarked: if Sylvia Hamilton was already named the agent in the Recorded DPOA, why did she need the 2nd DPOA? To get around the need for 2 doctor's certifications. No recorded DPOA revocation ever filed with County Clerk, so never revoked legally. Just to Mutual of Omaha for the Annuities.

3) 9-10-2008 - Annuities stolen list "Ticker Tape accounting" presented to beneficiary/New Executor-Trustee, Alan Hamilton, by Danny Davila, CPA

4) 10-16-2008 - Alan Hamilton requests Trust taxes/1041s/K1s/4684 from Danny Davila, CPA, reporting theft-loss to IRS

5) Late 2008 - Fraudulent 2004 1040 taxes filed by Danny Davila, CPA and Sylvia Hamilton, Previous Trustee. Then fraudulent 2004 Amended, 2005 and 2006 taxes prepared and presented in March 2009 (3/13/2009) to New Executor-Trustee to sign, which he refused to do, because they were fraudulent with no mention of the embezzled Trust. Danny Davila left a March 10, 2009 phone message for Alan Hamilton saying, "he didn't know or care who was Executor and was not there to debate Alan or his sister and rehash old war wounds".

6) No Trust (1041s) Taxes or K1s or 4684s ever received from Danny Davila, CPA and Sylvia Hamilton, Trustee ("The Disappearing Trust Trick")
